Renewals Account Manager (Multilingual Positions)

The Renewal Account Manager is responsible for the management, promotion and generation of high retention rates for a specified region within EMEA. The successful candidate will drive sales initiatives and processes within the existing account base of registered Trend Micro end users, reseller and distributors, aswell as generating new business leads. Requirements: a minimum of two years proven successful track record of inside sales or call centre experience and an ability to use sales/CRM software is essential. We welcome applications from candidates who are fluent in English and one other European language and are looking for German speakers to fill immediate open positions.

Skills Requirements
German language.
Call Centre experience.
